Prompt a cloud solution for short-term employee time scheduling.

There is a task pool. There are highly paid employees on an hourly salary. It is important for me that their schedule is as busy as possible. I'm trying to find a tool that will visually show me what tasks they take on and the duration, so that I can understand if I can take "more tasks". Scale - day/week.
By analogy, as I understand it, something like a Gantt chart, but grouped by employees (resources).
While I'm doing all this in Excel - it's not very convenient.

these are different extensions.
and good advice: forget about mysql/mysqli, use pdo.
