Which cloud PBX to choose in St. Petersburg?

I’m choosing a cloud PBX for business (5 devices), I came across a mango - I seemed to like everything, but my friend ruined my mood by telling how their company suffers with this service - constant crashes and disconnections, sound delays and other headaches, while channels are good.
Tell me who uses it - is it true, or maybe you can advise an alternative?

Registration drops , stuttering, etc. will mostly depend on your channel. Everywhere has its pros and cons :)
