Is it possible to get unanswered calls from SMDR?

Hello, I have the following problem:
There is a Panasonic KX-TDA200+DISA PBX. I receive information for self-written billing via RS232. Now faced with the problem of how to determine an external incoming call that was not answered (the internal subscriber was either busy or did not pick up the phone), taking into account the fact that DISA "picks up the phone".
Here is an example of what comes from the station, there was an incoming call, the DISA greeting turned on and the subscriber did not pick up the phone.
