To manage all extensions there is SimpleExtManager . Is there something similar to get saved passwords and edit them without going into settings?

It is unlikely that such an extension exists or will be.
There are usually more than a hundred passwords, so they won't fit in one small window. You will need a whole page with scrolling. It's already in the settings. Therefore, the most convenient thing you can think of is opening the settings in 1 click.
It is very easy to make your own extension, which will open the settings with passwords in a separate tab just by clicking.
