Add a badge to the URL bar in Google Chrome (picture in description)?

How can I add a custom icon shortcut to the Google Chrome address bar, for example on chrome://version/page (on the left, the word Chrome). Or another example of an extensions page (eg Google Translate has a unique name on the left).

I can't find any information about this, but there are a lot of anti-detection software that have this feature, like multiloginapp or sessionbox.

Is it possible to add this label using JavaScript API / command line flags? If not, perhaps there is already a fork of Chromium with the feature?

You can’t add your own icon, it is formed by itself and you can’t prevent it in any way
