Here is such a strange display of some interface elements in chrome, in particular pop-up windows. Who knows how to fix?

Try turning off hardware acceleration in Chrome settings (Settings - Advanced - System - Use hardware acceleration when available).
Why be surprised, for a long time Chrome has been producing graphic artifacts on different hardware and on different operating systems, completely without virtualization.
