Google Chrome rendering, strange stripes, how to solve?

Hello! I have this problem, when scrolling the page with the mouse wheel up and down, strange stripes appear in the Google Chrome browser. Checked on different PCs, the latest versions of the browser.

Update your video card driver or try disabling rendering-related flags (direct11, gpu usage) in chrome://flags/ . But before playing with the flags, try resetting them to the default.

Windows 7 + Chrome 33.0.1750.154 m
crashes nothing.

Chrome 35 on Windows 7 - everything is ok.
Edit styles, perhaps the problem is in them.
