Which camera to choose for parking monitoring?

Five-story building, parking near the entrance. The distance from the ground to the 5th floor is 15-20 m. The width of the parking lot is 15-17 m, the length is 20 m.
We need a camera that will allow from such a height, on such an area, not just to see a figure, but it is desirable to see a face. Plus, shooting in the dark is needed, because. there is a flashlight, but it often does not work.
It is possible to lower the camera to floor heights, but I'm afraid that the camera will simply be knocked down at such a height. The DVR must record video for at least 14 days so that you can go on vacation without fear. There is no preliminary budget, I don’t even know how much to expect.
Tell me, please, in which direction to look? Which cameras and with what parameters to pay attention?

If you are too lazy to calculate the desired angle, and there is a desire to correct the area covered if something happens, take a camera with a varifocal lens.
According to the registrar - the depth of the archive can be adjusted by the size of the hard disk and the quality of the recording.
1 2MP camera, with almost constant recording (by the detector), with a frame rate of 25 fps for 14 days, will require approximately 600GB of disk space.

There is one clarification, since the answer is given, no camera will allow you to record a face from a height of the 5th floor, rather only bald spots. A variant with good optics and a viewing angle is possible, but at night it will be poorly visible and a large distance from the control point is required.

5 ... 10 megapixels and high-quality optics
It is best to first try a camera (high-quality) in order to find the minimum acceptable parameters.

The question is rather not in the camera, but in the optics. See lenses with glass and not cheap china on plastic.
For night observation - take IR illumination. Spotlight for 850/880 nm. can still see, but at 940 nm. at night they will not be detected at all.
To work with IR illumination, you need a camera with a switchable filter. (day/night mode)

In fact, this is a solvable problem, and very quickly.
1. Do not be afraid to hang the camera low, there are anti-vandal designs that simply will not give any hooligans any opportunity to do anything to it.
2. For such a case, it is best to use cameras with a varifocal lens, which makes it possible to observe at a certain angle (for example, set the lens to 12 mm, with a viewing radius of 28 degrees, exactly on the car. This method will even allow you to see the face).
3. If you want to see the big picture, then a regular CCTV camera with 2 megapixels is also suitable for you.
4. The problem with the night mode of the camera is also solved: there are models with visibility at night up to 40, or even up to 80 meters.
5. With the registrar, this is a separate issue. The most common 4-channel DVR is taken and a 500GB hard drive is bought. It is enough for 1 camera for a month, or even for 2 (depending on what mode will be on the registrar and camera).
6. Regarding the amount: well, everything will cost you about 80-130 dollars. The registrar is about 50-70 dollars, and the camera is about 30-60 dollars.
So, good luck!

A camera with an 8-22mm varifocal lens and possibly a digital zoom (up to X5) with effective IR illumination up to 40-60 meters is perfect. Matrix Sony Exmor. Such a camera costs about 5-7 thousand rubles.
To see exactly the faces, the camera must be installed just at the level of the first floor. In this case, you can still count on something.
Well, accordingly, you need a registrar, a hard drive, a power supply for the camera, a cable and connectors.
