Vertical stripes on the camera image, is the camera defective?

TVI standard camera (LTV-CXB 910). When you turn on the night mode (in the dark), the camera switches to black and white, clicks the filter, and after a few seconds, colored stripes appear, as in the picture. It can be seen that the picture becomes colored again. What could be the problem?

In fact, the problem was not in the power supply, but in the camera mode itself. I found how to switch it to AHD mode instead of TVI, and the problem was solved.

A bit like a tip from a bad PSU - "masters" like to come up with power from LED power supplies or some kind of China.
It also looks like interference from a fluorescent lamp, more precisely, from a bad driver that spoils the network, creating interference.
Plus, a variant of an insufficiently powerful PSU is possible, which does not draw increased voltage in night mode.
In general, it is very similar to a complex of problems. So first of all, power the camera from a 12 V battery. The problem remains - change the camera, no, change the PSU.
