How to choose switches for a network of video cameras?

Hello everyone, a question for the designers of video surveillance systems. I am writing a diploma on this topic and the question arose, how to calculate how much the switch can give out energy for cameras (PoE)?
For example, I have 3 floors: 1st
floor of Cameras
31
2nd floor of Cameras
12

3rd floor
of Cameras
33 that, let's say, a 24-port switch can give out n-amount of energy and it's not a fact that I can plug my cameras into all 24 ports.

If the camera suddenly does not indicate consumption, you can navigate according to the
802.3af standard - up to 15.4 W
802.3at - up to 30W
