Which budget monitor to choose for a designer?

On the Internet, I most often stumble upon recommendations to take DELL UltraSharp, for example DELL UltraSharp U2412M, but the price tag is decent and in the reviews I came across this opinion:
"those who do not have 60-200 thousand for a normal monitor for design and photography, they can buy lower Della models for 11-12 thousand on an IPS-matrix, here they definitely won’t notice the difference with this “monitor” "
Now the designers are working for the NEC MultiSync EX231Wp and don’t cry, it might really be wiser to buy something like the DELL S2415H , since there is no money for a truly professional monitor?

Another argument in favor of "Don't bother, take any IPS" - well, you buy yourself a designer monitor with awesome color reproduction, and 99.9% of consumers of your design will watch it through a poop, and THIS can greatly interfere with project approval) you will see the smallest details and tonal transitions, this helps a lot to create beauty, and for people everything will collapse, overexpose and merge. For this reason, I am perplexed by the trendy light gray colors in the design - the authors did not seem to be looking at the design through a regular office monitor.
