In which program is it most convenient and fastest to draw round charts / graphs?

I work on the web, I design in Sketch, sometimes Photoshop.
In these programs, it is not very convenient to make graphics.
I don't work in illustrator, but I think I'll start soon.
So the question is, in which program with the least loss of time to make the graphs round?
In illustrator, as far as I understand, it will be problematic without a preliminary study of the tool?
