Which budget laptop to choose at the reception?

Sorry for the extremely unoriginal question. Unfortunately, I have not been following the market for many years, and there is some kind of confusion on Yandex.Market.
I am looking for a budget laptop for employees at the "reception" for the browser and office.
The requirements are simple:
1) A large screen - 15", even more is better.
2) I want to put some minimal SSD in it, so I need easy access to the drive bay . Disassembling half a laptop to replace a drive is not an option.
3) Preferably matte or a semi-matte display so that employees do not break their eyes
4) Windows 7 or 8, no crapware as a big plus
Budget - up to 500 euros, and will be bought in the EU
I would be grateful for any advice and tips on the case, including Which manufacturers are now held in high esteem?
