Which book to learn C++ to choose?

You need to learn C++. I choose a book.
I like large books, where subtleties are painted.

I looked at 2, which one should I choose?

C++ programming language. Basic course | Lippman Stanley B., Lajoye Josy
Book 1 on Ozone

and

the C++ Programming Language. Lectures and exercises | Prata Stephen
Book 2 on Ozone

Which one to choose?

Not exactly for a beginner - I have 8 years of PHP behind me, after - 4 java.
Now we are doing a project in java, it operates with a large amount of data, and it seems that it will not be possible to do it in java due to memory consumption. We decided to look in the direction of C ++, and therefore there was a need to learn the language.

You may be interested in the Rust language - it has the same features as the pros, but at the same time the entry threshold is lower.
