Where can I find literature on programming for readers (.doc, .fb2, .mobi, .txt)?

No matter how much I look for literature, I always come across either .pdf or .djvu. Even when buying books from a publisher, there is not a text version, but the same pdf and djvu.
Please tell me a good site where you can find this literature.
At the moment I'm looking for in-depth literature to raise my knowledge of:
- php
- pyton
If someone has good literature in the right formats, I will be very grateful.
Language Russian or English.
Thanks in advance.

On the root tracker, look at the most downloaded literature in the programming section - you can't go wrong

I buy from O'Reilly and Packt Publishing, they have epub in 99.99% of cases.
