Which backend to choose to study?

I am 40 years old, I want to retrain as a programmer. The backend is tempting, but which is the best language or platform to choose? Javascript, PHP, Python, Ruby? Java is pretty, but I don't have that much time to master it, unfortunately. There is an initial knowledge of Objective-C, but being closed to only one platform outweighs the advantages. I used to write scripts in SQL. And I would like to choose a platform with an eye to work abroad, in Germany for example. Here, as it were, there are no special problems, there is a residence permit, and I will tighten up the language. Up to this point, he worked in IT, but narrow specialization, I want to expand my horizons. There is a proposal to do 1C, but we need a convertible specialization, I don’t want to be tied only to Russia.
