Is it better to develop or earn money?
Good evening. The question is more vital than technical. I'm not bad at typesetting sites, I work with WordPress, I earn consistently. But I want to grow: pure js, ,react, mobile development. But then there is no time for freelancing. Tell me, is it better to be at the current level and consistently earn or lose in orders and grow as a specialist? What is your opinion? Thanks in advance.

it is better to combine: you can both earn and grow.
constant study in IT is the same myth as the lack of such a need in other areas.
yes, you have to study. but this study does not require 12 hours a day. and after a certain level, it proceeds almost imperceptibly: here I read it, here I touched it with my hands - it's ready.
But I want to grow: pure js
Go to work where there is a review code and a sound team, develop there and ask for a salary increase from time to time. Delegate your current freelance and learn more management in addition. Well, then in leadership positions or managing your own team.
Freelancing will take a long time to rise if you are alone.
It seems to me that it is better to earn money and in parallel to screw up your projects. While you are rushing about money, make them work for your future - invest, invest in your education, etc.
What prevents you from developing during the execution of orders (earnings)?
You don’t know something - you googled it, looked at the forums, studied it, did it.
And experience, and knowledge, and earned money for the order.
You can place orders on pure js, do not connect ready-made solutions like slick, do it on pure js, well, react, offer the customer and maybe give him a discount))
stable is how much
if 100 thousand then of course
if 10 thousand then the ball would be a dunce
