Which archiving method to choose?

Our organization produces about ten gigabytes of information every day. This information needs to be preserved for years to come, which raised the question of a reliable archiving system.
I'm offered to use dvd discs for this.
Having estimated the cost per gigabyte on a dvd and on a 3.5" hard drive, the hard drive turned out to be cheaper. It's too much to talk about the convenience of copying, cutting several terabytes onto a dvd is not an easy and fast task.
I ask for advice on choosing an archiving system. How reliable are they for such an application? ordinary hard drives?Maybe in recent years there have been new archiving systems that I don't know about. The main criterion is the ability to increase unlimited volume. Thanks in
advance.

distributed file systems. For example LizardFS, MooseFS.
You can GlusterFS, but I met negative reviews about it

every day produces about a few tenth gigabytes of information
- a few - is it two or twenty?
For example, we, as an ISP, must store the generated netflow for some years.
We generate about 10 gigabytes per day.
It's almost a hundred a week. Something from 300 to 800 gigabytes per month.
Therefore, for now, we have so far settled on the fact that we periodically buy hard drives and merge onto them, and then store them in the underground.
In my opinion, this is the easiest and cheapest option without cassettes, shelves and other things.

If it's a pity to lose information, then only NAS with raid1 with raid monitoring. Otherwise, one fine day, you may no longer find data on a physical medium.
