Which Apple iMac should you choose?

I plan to buy the maximum basic configuration:
iMac 27 inches with a Retina 5K display.
9th Gen Intel Core i5 6-core processor @ 3.7 GHz (Turbo Boost up to 4.6 GHz) 8
GB DDR4 2666 MHz Radeon Pro 580X processor with 8 GB of GDDR5 SSD memory 512 GB of storage Additional money is enough for either an i9 9900k processor or a radeon VEGA48 graphics card . What is better to spend money on and what will be more important?



The tasks are as follows: working with a browser and office software, working in a 3D editor, mainly blender 3D, fullHD video editing sometimes 4K, Adobe Lightroom, and of course Adobe Photoshop (I don’t know if it makes sense to mention it at all, since my current imac 2011 release).
