Which "App type" to choose in the privacy policy generator for a free game with in-app purchases and ads?

There is a website " https://app-privacy-policy-generator.firebaseapp.com/ " to generate the game's privacy policy. There are 5 options for "App type":
Free;
open source;
freemium;
Add support;
commercial.

It seems to me that options 1 and 2 immediately disappear for playing on Unity with internal purchases and with advertising. The 3rd option is also not suitable, I suppose, because this option is for applications that provide full access / functionality after payment, but this is judging by the information I read. About the 4th option, I did not find an explanation, and the 5th, apparently, for initially paid applications. So which one to choose? Please, who knows the answer, tell me, because the application needs to be published already

Ad supported - supported by advertising.
The difference between Freemium, Ad Supported and Commercial is only in the preamble. One hell you will have to adjust the privacy policy to suit your purposes - for example, how cookies are actually used.
