I downloaded the VK script (very similar), and so, nothing will happen to me if I launch this site (not phishing, etc.)

It is possible if your script does not violate copyrights (for example, design).

VK is now actually owned by the FSB.
That is, on the one hand, everyone will like your clone, even if it copies the original to the smallest detail. But - until someone's left foot gets up in the morning in the wrong slippers.
And as soon as it gets up, they will immediately put you in jail, even if not a single line is copied from the original.
