Apple fee?

I develop mobile applications for iOS and sell them through the official store - Apple App Store. As an individual entrepreneur, being served at Sberbank, this is important. I recently received my first payout. And now the VK (currency control) of Sberbank refuses to accept a "certificate of supporting documents." Demanding that, in addition to the amount received on the account, the commission retained by Apple also appeared in it. Plus, some kind of "financial report" from Apple is attached, where the size of this commission would be indicated.
Do I understand correctly that we, developers, have nothing but a screenshot from itunesconnect where only the amount payable and the number of copies sold are visible? How to solve this problem other than moving to another bank?

In fact, everything is more interesting. Now the tax authorities are actively shifting the monitoring of tax payments to banks. And since taxes must be paid on the amount BEFORE the commission, such a requirement may arise, despite the fact that its legality is somewhat doubtful.

Change bank.
You can print the paid application agreement, it says 30%.

Let them first indicate: on the basis of what they demand it (reference to the law: article and paragraph). Further - on a chain.
