Which Android smartphone should I buy to replace HTC Legend?

It so happened, the touch is buggy on the legend, I'm afraid it won't last long. Tell me what is better to buy to replace HTC Legend.
In principle, everything suits except for the operating time and the amount of RAM.
I'm looking for something for 9-12 sput, until I found:
HTC One V
LG Optimus Sol
Samsung Galaxy Ace II
First of all, I'm interested in the operating time and the absence of hardware problems. It would be nice to have a metal case and a fourth android. I already took HTC One V, if not for the time of work :/

Definitely a Galaxy Nexus, buy it or order it from abroad or in a Russian store that carries so fastidiously it’s not clear who named, “gray” devices without a wild extra charge (I took mine for 16500, but this is also with an extra charge for non-cash and delivery to Yekaterinburg, and so we had it in retail for 25,000, and in the states they now generally sell it for only $ 350)

4 will have to be set with handles, but the battery of the phone is the largest of all androids

I would take a closer look at Sony's NXT series. These are the first smartphones in a long time that can match the look of the Legend.
