What phones run on pure Android (without changing the interface, etc. from the manufacturer)?

Of the android devices, I only have a player, bought on android 2.2 a year and a half ago. I have always used regular phones. Thinking about buying an android phone. I would like not very expensive and most importantly on a pure android, I really don’t like launchers and all my other design from phone manufacturers. What phones are on pure android, and which of them can expect to be upgraded to the fifth android?
