Phone: Lenovo Vibe 5K Note (A7020a48), since 2016 (this is the year I bought the phone) no updates have come. Now it's Android 6.0, but I want to install Android 8.1 with EMUI. Is it possible at all and how to do it?

If you can't, no way.
It's not as easy on mobile as it is on desktop.
