Whether has sense to put raid on 2 HDD SATA?

Hello!
Does it make sense to do RAID on 2 SATA 1Tb drives? Database (100 Gb), file storage (more like an archive)

Make RAID 0. Just don't forget about backups.

well, if you need higher availability, if one disk dies, then you need a raid1 mirror
