How to cure duplicate hard disk partition?

DISKPART> sel disk 0
Disk 0 selected.
DISKPART> list part
Partition ### Type Size Offset
------------- ---------------- - ------ -------
Partition 1 Primary 249 GB 101 MB
Partition 1 Primary 249 GB 101 MB
Partition 0 Extended 332 GB 250 GB
Partition 4 Logical 332 GB 250 GB
Partition 3 Primary 349 GB 582 GB

As seen , there are two identical "Partition 1", although in fact it is the same hard disk partition. How to cure?
