How heavily loaded is the disk array when the disablelastaccess parameter is disabled?

On the file server, it is planned to start monitoring the time of the last access to files using the file system. Fortunately, this can be done by standard means and include an additional attribute: Access date. But including the timestamp will create additional reads/writes. How critical can it be? The amount of shared space is 2 TB.
