If large volumes of files were not passed through Linux (if you decide to download all the seasons of your favorite Santa Barbara in HD and with three dubbing variations, then forget about the old files), then Testdisk will help you. Console utility, run via sudo. If you have more or less mastered Linux (in particular, the console), master testdisk as well. Otherwise, take it to the service.

Most likely there is no way, you can try to drive the recovery utilities, but most likely a waste of time. If there was NTFS (and it doesn't matter, I think what happened) - there is hardly anything better than GetDataBack for NTFS.
