Video Surveillance Software (Server) Linux?

There is a computer with Linux mint on board, there are 4 Hiwatch cameras. The task is to link them together so that everything works, an archive is written and it would be possible to view both online video and archives remotely from different devices (Windows, Android, IOS). All the software I found either has its limitations, or has already died. Buy software - no problem. Temporarily installed Ivideon server.

I haven't seen anything better than Line. They also have a Linux server.

The line is not suitable because it has its own distributor, software is required. Avreg does not have Android or IOS app browsing. Commercial software is also suitable, ready to pay.

It's easier to buy some mini-video server from Trassir and start everything with it. He also has clients for all systems.

Hikvision has its own software. With a "video recorder" and the possibility of remote connection. Free. Up to 64 channels...

IP-line, a year ago there was only software distro, no OS. Or deploy a VM and roll a screw distro there.
