It is better to take domains at retail not from the registrars themselves, but from their partners - it's cheaper.
For example, domains registered in the same REG.RU but through 2domains.ru will cost 99 rubles. And domains registered with the registrar "AGAVA-Hosting", but through mne.ru will cost 90 rubles. There are many such partners - almost every major registrar. Look for the most suitable one. You can also transfer domains to partners.
