Which domain name registrar to choose? There are two choices: Name.com (direct registrar) and Namecheap.com (ENOM reseller). I plan to use the domain in the .me zone for business. Which one is more reliable? How is everyone with support?

In general, it makes no difference, especially if Russian reporting documents are not needed. Technical support for such a service is not so important, you just need to register DNS. So if you are good with English, payment methods are fine. It is generally accepted that the "register" is more reliable than the reseller, although in relation to the registrar - the reliability somehow sounds far-fetched.
