Where to start to start understanding the design and design of a local network?

Hello!
There is such an impudent desire - to quickly gain knowledge on the design and design of SCS.
Can someone tell me where to look for structured information, maybe there is a resource where everything is?
I am very interested in:
- various network laying chips, how to properly lay trays (especially where there are obstacles for ventilation and water supply pipes, etc.), in terms of ease of use and from the point of view of GOSTs
- recommendations for labeling sockets, cables, patch panels, especially when telephony, video surveillance, etc. are located in the same rack with the LAN. Where is it better to use vlan, where to separate physical devices, etc.
- laying cables in terms of information security
- all sorts of interesting solutions for organizing cables for a slave. places. Like skirting boards with cable channels, etc.
- tools for designing SCS
In general, I know some basics, but I want to read how to do it the right way, find out some interesting solutions.
Thanks in advance to all who answer!

@ky0

Find an experienced installer, add to his team and work as a part of a couple of objects, combining business with pleasure - both skills and some kind of income.
Regarding the sysadmin, not the sks - tsiskovskie best practices are quite suitable.

They don't usually write this in books, it's a stupid harsh practice :) ky0 gave an excellent answer on how all this can be studied :)
