Hello. I have little experience in web design, but drawing the same type of landings and other promo pages is a bit tired, I want to develop and reach a normal, serious level. How and where to start learning UI/UX?

What is "normal serious level"? Is landing for Gazprom a serious enough level? A promo for Beeline?
If the experience is small and already tired, then maybe you should look for something else?
