How to learn to come up with prototypes?

Good afternoon!
I recently took up the study of Sketch, I can already redraw something, for example, find something on behance, and redraw it. I have been studying for about a week now, watching lectures on color, composition, typography along the way.
But here's the problem - I can't think of anything myself. Even the simplest things cause problems. I can't think of even the simplest prototype.
How to learn to come up with prototypes? If from a technical point of view, everything does not seem so difficult - but with fantasy - problems.

Start not with design, but with functionality. The book "The Art of Washing an Elephant" can be viewed on this occasion.

There are many exercises on the Internet that you can use to develop your creativity. Haven't tried it personally.

The designer's food is visual objects and their functioning. You need to constantly watch cool works, saturate yourself with this food. Any discovery is a rethinking of past discoveries and their synthesis, so feed yourself with quality design. And in order to create your own "discoveries" you need to understand why people draw in this way and what you need in your particular design element - you need to understand the theory, think correctly. Then, from the right design thinking, you can synthesize new visual solutions.

but I always thought and think that this is a predisposition to come up with something graphic, design, etc.
not all people can draw cool and you won’t learn how to do it, it
remains to take design elements from different projects and combine them
