Android x86 no GUI, why?

Installed Android x86 8.1-rc5 on PC.
Launched, grub is
I come, there is no gui and the netcfg command does not work (only wrote this).
When startx writes
sh: startx command not found
I can't switch to bash.
CPU:amd64
GPU:amd radeon hd 5700series
partition /dev/sda4
No root, no graphics, what to do?
alt f7 and alt f7 do not work if that
