Where to start learning mathematics?

I began to understand that there was not enough mathematical base. Not an idiot (IQ 130 according to Mensah), but I know math at the level of a 5th grader, since I never spent time on it. I think some sixth grader or seventh grader will even beat me in this path under certain circumstances.

Therefore, the question arose: where to start studying mathematics with such a level of education? I understand that you can take books with a school curriculum and go in stages, but this path looks too long.

From establishing what the actual level is. It is usually overrated.

"There is no royal way to geometry" (Euclid's answer to a similar question of King Ptolemy I).
