Where to start building your gaming PC???
Budget 50 thousand, if possible, then less. For powerful games (GTA5, for example).
which build do you recommend. if someone has experience, someone has assembled his assembly, share info and links to where all this can be ordered)

Choose any components and ask if you have a cool assembly or not.
For "powerful games" the budget you will have to take into account. I assembled this for myself a month ago:
Sapphire Nitro + Radeon RX 580 1430Mhz PCI-E 3.0 8192Mb 8400Mhz 256 bit DVI HDMI HDCP 11265-21-20G
DeepCool Gammaxx GT (Intel LGA2011-V3/2011/1366/1156/55/51/50 /775/AMD FM2+/FM2/FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/AM4)
Samsung DDR4 DIMM 2400MHz PC4-19200 - 8Gb M378A1K43CB2-CRCD0
Samsung DDR4 DIMM 2400MHz PC4-19200 - 8Gb M378A1K43CB2-CRCD0
Intel Core i7-8700 Lake (3200MHz/LGA1151/L3 12288Kb)
ASRock Z370 PRO4
For Battlefield 1 and GTA 5 in full hd on ultras, of course, it’s enough, but the same project cars 2 slows down, you need a more powerful video card (1070+). These pieces of iron cost exactly 62k, and now prices have risen because of the ruble exchange rate, now it probably costs 70 thousand. And this despite the fact that I bought everything in pleer.ru, where, as I think, the goods are gray and because of this they are cheap. If you buy in some citylink or regard, and with a more powerful video card, a new computer (without a keyboard, mouse, monitors, case, power supply, hard drives and ssd) will cost you 100 thousand +\-

BP: FSP is budget and high quality, 600W will be enough for the neck
. You can look at the GTX 1060Ti from Asus, the main thing is not Palit, but it will be a little expensive. Or the one suggested above.
RAM is possible and so far one bar: https://www.citilink.ru/catalog/computers_and_note...
Case: https://www.citilink.ru/catalog/computers_and_note...
Hard: https://www.citilink .ru/catalog/computers_and_note...
Well, the rest is at your discretion, all these components are compatible, I chose for myself and consulted with people, I checked compatibility through sites in the same way, so that there was 100% certainty that everything would start and fly.
It is not necessary to take a tower cooler, you can save money on this, the processor heats up to 65W, but I found a good option for a tower cooler on parsing (commission), they gave it for 400r, a new one costs about 2k, so you can also try to save on this, from parsing they are usually serviced, I am satisfied.
Here is a link to a good assembly if you need to buy a ssd for 240 from Samsung or adat https://www.dns-shop.ru/custompc/configuration/9fc...

If you want to save even more, you can take the rx570 8 gb / 520w power supply / 2 8gb sticks from the same companies.
If you order here, it's better to check out the group in VK.
Here is about the same assembly in the Russian Federation:
https://chlb.megabitcomp.ru/sharebasket/?c%5B17719...
But the bios will most likely have to be flashed
Here is an example of a config in regard.ru
Below is an explanation.
Advise some game.
Firstly, if the computer is taken first and second for games, then the processor must be Intel. At least 4 cores, but the priority is the frequency of the processor, not the number of cores, so the best choice with such a budget would be the core i3 8000 series. In addition, the AMD processor is not suitable here, because it will require high-speed and expensive memory to unlock its potential.
Secondly, a power supply unit in such an assembly is clear that it is not a top-end one, but you should not buy "cheaper and for more watts", after all, it should be a trusted company. For example, Seasonic at 400 watts will actually give out more power than a non-name at 700.
Thirdly, in a gaming system unit, the highest priority should be given to the video card. I prefer geforce because of the guaranteed level of performance, because some games are not friendly with AMD and they drop FPS a lot.
Below is the config on which you can play almost any game at ultra settings in the next couple of years:
Processor - Intel Core i3 - 8100 OEM 9 275 ₽
Power supply Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 230V 700W - 3 590 ₽ (at the same price you can take chieftec, FSP, ThermalTake, Zalman power from 600 watts)
Motherboard - only the basic model will fit into the budget, for example ASUS PRIME H310M-K - 3 950 ₽ (there are different companies, but Asus has been a leader for many years and I recommend their motherboards)
RAM - high frequencies are needed only when used in conjunction with AMD processors, so the simplest one is suitable for us, 2 pieces of 8 gigabytes each on a Crucial CT8G4DFS824A bar - 3,885 ₽ x2 (there are many companies, but this one is deservedly in demand)
Video card - ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 3 GB - 15 900 ₽ (Alternatively, you can take a radeon 580 video card, but I would not change it.)
In total, 40k came out.
You will also need some kind of cooler here (because the processor heats up slightly, about 1000 rubles, you can easily find the DeepCool option, or Zalman, for example), any case that will fit everything (it’s better to take ATX, not mATX) and a hard disk, or ssd
All this is left with little difficulty, but fits in 10.000, so we fit into the budget.
What can you save on initially and buy something later?
Buy 1 stick of memory, and buy the 2nd one later. For the first time, 8 gigabytes is enough.
You can buy a hard drive initially, and then buy an SSD. If you need both the speed of work, and a lot of space for music, movies, etc. (or vice versa, take an SSD and then buy a hard drive)
And the option is lower by about 40,000 in total.
Video card changed to 1050ti. On GTA V, more than enough, and for more demanding games, it should be enough to play comfortably at high.
Left one bar of RAM. Enough for most games, especially if you turn off other applications, like a browser, torrent, etc.
The build at the top costs 9000 more, but it's worth it. So if there is an opportunity, it is better to focus on it.
I do not advise buying right now a computer from scratch , especially for games, especially for 50+. My "assembly" cost me ~2k CHF (~150k), although in 2013 similar hardware cost ~1k CHF.
A simple example: 6 years ago I bought a DDR3 Hynix 2x8 Gb for ~70 CHF, now one 8Gb chip costs that much. This incident is connected with the fact that new factories have been built and launched, but their cost has not yet been beaten off by manufacturers. A similar situation with video cards - look at Nvidia for the last 1.5 years - nothing new, only prices are creeping up. With the CPU, everything is the same, the sockets change every year, but there is stupidly no real increase.
If it is off and there is an option to upgrade the old computer, then it is better to do it.
PS: now the Intel 3770K (4C/8T) is overclocked on Asus z79 with 16 Gb DDR3-1600 RAM and everything runs on SSD. From the purchased - Monitor 4K and 660Ti changed to 1080, games go to 4K without problems.
