Actually such a slippery question: where to find guys who are ready to engage in development not for the sake of money, but for the sake of experience, as well as interest and development? I understand that there are few of them, but there are such people. Naturally, as the project develops, both money and salaries will appear, but how to find people who are ready to start from "sitting on the boards"?
