Where to quickly order boards in China?

I had never dealt with anything like this before, so I would like to hear advice here, and not in Google.
A very important parameter for me is the time from sending the order to arrival by mail.
I would also like to know in what format to send data, how it should look, maximum and minimum parameters of transitions, tracks, distances between tracks.

pcbtut.com (Ukraine), two weeks from order to receipt. And you don't have to pay for shipping. Apparently they have regular deliveries of something from China, so the delivery is smeared and comes out free.

if the speed of delivery is important - then use normal companies, DHL is tighter - they will deliver in a couple of days, but the overpayment will be significant. and so the standard is from 2 weeks to 2 months (if free or almost)
