Prompt arm dev kit to study ethrenet, can, i2c interfaces.
At the moment I stopped between EK-TM4C1294XL and NUCLEO-F746ZG, or would you recommend something else?
Are TIs in demand at the moment?

STM is more popular, there are more people's experience on the network for it.
In second place in popularity is subjectively NXP.
I can’t say anything good or bad about TI, I’ve never seen them up close.
