Where to move from Telegram?

Hello everyone,
my team and I use a small self-written CRM bot for Telegram, nothing complicated, everything is like with people: tasks, contacts, calls. In connection with the imminent tsugunder Carts in the Russian Federation, we are starting to smoothly look for an alternative site for moving (well, we will rewrite the bot). Can you please tell me some messenger with similar API capabilities as Telega and which has already surrendered to the FSB?
PS We do not offer proxies and diving into the darknet, ok? (because of the obvious)

There are no alternatives. Alternatives would have collected all the money on closed presales long ago and would not have left anything for Durov. It will be easier for the whole team to raise one for all socks5 or vpn - it will be less labor-intensive.
