Which Task Tracker (CRM) system to choose with the ability to calculate (and display) the time worked by an employee for a task?

Good day!
Can someone please advise a good Task Tracker (CRM) system with the ability to count (and display) the time worked by an employee on a task. That is, if an employee, for example, suspends a task several times (or changes the status to "In Progress"), then the intervals (periods) of hours worked will be displayed.

https://trello.com/ is a good one. You can add tasks, but I don’t know exactly about time intervals. But there is a time for creating a task and in general what actions take place.

We use a bunch of Redmine and Yaware.
