Where to look for like-minded people?
Good day, for 3-4 years of freelancing, I got a lot of clients, but very few like-minded people (front-end developers). There are 2-3 people with whom I keep in touch, but I would like to exchange interesting material, give and receive some knowledge, and just communicate more with people on front-end development topics.
Are there offline themed parties and how to find them?
Are there any themed hangouts online (any chats, Skype conferences, groups, etc.)?

1. In any calendar, look for EVENTS on your subject, add to your calendar and go to them.
2. Be active, perform, speak, join general chats
From my experience:
1. Online. Participate in the development of an open-source project, in small projects any help is welcome. This will help you make many interesting acquaintances and is generally quite fun.
2. Offline. Participate in hackathons and conferences. Search locally in your city, including in social networks. networks. It helped me not only to get acquainted with a bunch of interesting guys - developers, but also to find a good job.
