То есть сделать ставку на то, что пользователи будут привлекаться статистикой ЗП, а попутно — могут найти себе более выгодной место работы. Работодатель тоже может размещать свои предложения о работе и явно указывать предлагаемую ЗП. Если она намного ниже средне рыночной, то заявка не принимается (чтобы не было заявок типа 1$).
