Where to look for good JS developers? Those who work specifically with JS, and do not occasionally use it?

Hi all. For a long time I can’t find a developer for quasar (similar to react native) and vue.js, where can I look? Bitrix has its own community + freelancing. But on JS I have already rummaged through a lot and there is no sense. Almost everyone knows JS, but only marginally. And where to look for people, I'll never know. Who can advise?

Where did you search?
It feels like you are looking through acquaintances, acquaintances of acquaintances, reposting a vacancy in social networks or in some other roundabout way.
Why not solve the problem head-on:
1) Post a vacancy on job sites: hh.ru, superjob.ru, moikrug.ru/vacancies, etc.?
2) Go through the profiles in MoyKrug, VK and LinkedIn. Write in a personal to people who are suitable for the profile.
3) If it's completely deaf, pay money to HR agencies.
In general, it’s a strange thing, enough people know js at various levels, there should be sensible ones among them.
You are not looking for a rare specialist profile.
Maybe you don't offer enough money? Or this quasar is so exotic that no one wants to trade for it, then pay above the market.
