Where to look for an artist to develop a browser game?

We started to make a new browser-based turn-based space game, and faced a shortage of hands and time.
We make the game on our own, in our free time. I really like the idea of the game and would not like to stretch its development for a long time.
Looking for another artist willing to share their time for a percentage.
Now there is already 1 programmer and 1 artist. There is a concept, interface sketches and a lot of ideas.
Advise where you can find such people who are ready to work for the time being for interest, and then for a percentage or salary?

Dear niceteg, as a person who went through the same thing as you 7 years ago, I ask you to stop this thankless task. You have to pay for work and eat. Other cases are doomed to fail.

You will not find normal artists who are ready to design a browser game for interest. There is a good article on this.
If for a percentage, then first show the details of your organization. Maybe I'll agree or recommend someone to you.
