Are there any good books on practical UX?

Are there any good books on Usability & UX, where everything is sorted out in practice and specific things are stated (for example , there is almost no specifics in the guide , there is almost no practice). I do not know English yet, so I will be very grateful if you share books in Russian

Finally, understand that our profession is developing at a cosmic pace. For many practitioners, taking the time to write an article is already a feat.
As long as the book is written, printed, translated, published with us, all this "practical" knowledge will already be outdated.
I recommend that you stop looking for highly specialized literature and develop, first of all, your analytical skills. How? By reading literature on architecture, painting, cinema, Bauhaus, whatever. And what is practical UX? Interfaces are what is here and now. For example, right on this site. Well, learn English.
