Where to go to study as a programmer?
Good day!
I'm in college now, 2 years left. But I thought about the future of education. I live in Ukraine.
Help me choose a country and university: Ukraine, Russia or Europe (Poland, Czech Republic) - I will learn the language if necessary.
Thanks in advance for your replies)

Here the question is no longer in education, but in where you want to move on.
1) If you want to conditionally go to work in Germany, England, then it is better, of course, to get a "European" education, experience of local internships, and so on. It will be more convenient, and the language will catch up. Considering that you yourself will try and develop.
2) If you plan to live at home, or somewhere in a Russian-speaking country, then Russia is top universities, any "IT" specialties. It will be cheaper in terms of money, and our knowledge is good. Perhaps Ukraine is also suitable, but I have no up-to-date information on the quality of education.
For example, in our company, people work as programmers, ranging from computer science teachers and aircraft engineers to those who studied Applied Informatics in Economy and System Programming. For HR, it's all on the same level.
