Where should a future IT specialist go to study?

The question arose about choosing a university
On the exam
Russian 95
mathematics 70-75 (no results yet)
computer science 85-90 (I plan to get it)
I live in Ufa, there is only FIRT in aviation.
I plan to study on a budget, what other universities does it make sense to apply for? (Moscow, St. Petersburg)

@Espleth

I will supplement imerofeev's answer .
In Innopolis, they take only from the 3rd year, and I would not risk going there, it is still not clear what kind of thing this is.
I would not do it at ITMO either, there is a rather interesting article on Lurk about him. My classmate from there left to join us, and from his former group from there, perhaps someone else will transfer to St Petersburg University. They seem to have a very tough session there.
And in MEPhI, it seems, only physics in all interesting areas. At least it was like that last year.
Well, there are also good universities for your consideration: VMK MSU (although they also need physics there), St.

@imerofeev

I recommend paying attention to the leading IT universities:
ITMO
MIPT
MSTU
MEPhI
In all, the passing score of last year was from 220 to 260 points, depending on the specialty.
Innopolis :)
